## When to use this task
Use when you need to distinguish a parent, sponsor or acquisition relationship from an unresolved control question.

Ownership research is a documentation template for Sourced organization research. It is not a new commercial product or invocation transport. The commercial product is Altss Agents.

## Criteria
* State which ownership or control question matters; do not assume a complete beneficial-owner chain.
## Entity and scope
Accepted entity types: company.
Maximum published scope: One organization and one agreed question.
Existing task input: One organization and research objective.

## Evidence and unknowns
Available fields depend on source coverage and the agreed purpose. Supporting sources are attached to permitted facts; missing publication, capture, observation or verification dates remain unknown. A source statement is not automatically a verified fact.
A related organization, acquisition parent or name match may not establish current legal control or ultimate beneficial ownership.
Private contact information or customer context is not included by default. Access to a source or a subscription is not blanket permission to redistribute it.
## Rights and review
A task purchases the agreed bounded result, not database access, unrestricted API queries, contacts export or graph redistribution. Sources and unknowns accompany results. Purchaser authorization, scope acceptance, agreement and payment are required before manual fulfillment; no automated external task service is offered.
Scope and price are agreed before agreement, payment and accepted work.
The buyer must authorize the intended purpose and accepted scope. Human review is required before relying on an assessment or using a draft. No message is sent on the buyer’s behalf.
