Canonical task ID: `organization-research`. ## When to use this task Use when you know the company and need to understand its activity, people, ownership or transaction context before a next research step. ## Research a company Fictional request brief, entities, sources, values and dates. This is a documentation example, not a live HTTP response or customer result. Missing dates remain null. Supporting sources are attached to permitted facts; missing publication, capture, observation or verification dates remain unknown. A source statement is not automatically a verified fact. Beneficial ownership, private financing terms, undisclosed values or current willingness to transact may remain unknown. Private contact information or customer context is not included by default. Access to a source or a subscription is not blanket permission to redistribute it. ## Rights and review A task purchases the agreed bounded result, not database access, unrestricted API queries, contacts export or graph redistribution. Sources and unknowns accompany results. Purchaser authorization, scope acceptance, agreement and payment are required before manual fulfillment; no automated external task service is offered. Scope and price are agreed before agreement, payment and accepted work. The buyer must authorize the intended purpose and accepted scope. Human review is required before relying on an assessment or using a draft.
